Shipping

I am currently shipping throughout New Zealand only. Orders are sent via NZ Post and collected directly from site, at Waikuku Beach. I aim to send orders within 2 business days of your purchase, but please be mindful that there may be the occasional delay as it's just me, wearing all the hats! I will maintain contact via email should your order take a little longer for whatever reason.

Am I able to shop in person?

Riverbed Dreads is a private studio, so at this point, in person shopping and product pick-up is only available to my exisiting clients at their dreadlock appointments. Please contact me to arrange a time if you would like to view products or have a consultation in person.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

Please choose your products carefully, as I am not able to exchange or refund your purchase if you simply change your mind. If you are unhappy with your order because it arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can find a solution.
